Autumn Term 2022
Thank you to all our parents who came along to our first 'Stay and Play' of the school year. It was lovely to see you all in pre-school and we are really looking forward to being able to welcome you in again soon for some more play.
We are hoping to be able to make these a regular part of our pre-school calendar again, so if you weren't able to make it this time, don't worry there will be other opportunities to come along and join in.
Summer Term 2022
Are you following Lympsham C of E Acdemy on Facebook? Why not check what we have been doing during lockdown. You can watch Mrs Fryer reading us some stories and showing us how to make play dough.
You can also send us your rainbow pictures to add to our rainbow display. If you are visiting the Post Office then check out the fence by Pre-School as well, we are adding some lovely rainbows there too over the next few days for everyone to enjoy while queueing for the Post office.
We will be taking part in Sport Relief week starting March 9th. The children will be taking part in various sporty activities throughout the week and Thursday children can come to pre-school dressed in their favourite sports clothes. We hope to see lots of footballers, dancers, horse riders, runners or just comfy tracksuits.
Donations of £1 for sporty mufti.
We will be collecting donations for Sport Relief throughout the week.
A UK-wide survey has been launched by Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Kent to help improve early childhood – and she wants your views.
The survey contains five short questions and it “aims to spark a national conversation on the early years that will ultimately help bring about positive, lasting change for generations to come”.
It is designed to gather the thoughts of as many people as possible – recognising that everyone has a role in ensuring strong, healthy foundations for the youngest in our society that will positively affect their lifelong outcomes.
