Wednesday 20th February, our fabulous Eco Committee explained to the whole school how they can all do their little bit to help nature.
They explained how they had set up and registered the school as a Wild Space in support of Butterfly Conservation's Wild Spaces campaign.
They challenged everyone to make their own at home. It is so easy to do, just click on the link below and follow the instructions, you can also see our wild space, just search for Lympsham on the map and click on the circle with 'school' on.

Our Mission...To save the planet one step at a time!
Our New Eco School
Our re-launched Eco Schools Committee had their first meeting on 17th May 2019. We have made a long list of Eco activities we can do as a school and the children are excited to get started.
There are a few things we can all do straight way and that is to start to recycle some of those trickier items through our school recycling schemes. We have a collection box for batteries, crisp packets and pens (all writing equipment, except pencils). Please collect at home and help us reduce the amount we send to landfill.
Committee members are going to feedback to their classes and help each class to recycle their pens, paper and crisp packets. There will be recycling boxes in each class very soon.
Lots more coming very soon.
