• Pumpkin and Squash competition

  Back in the spring The Eco Committee challenged you all to grow a squash or Pumpkin for the Harvest Festival - Prizes would be awarded for the biggest and best entries. The Festival will be on Thu 19^th October. So we can judge your entries can you please bring them into school on Wednesday 18^th October - please label them with a small sticker with your name and class on it.

   

• SASP sports accreditation for Pre-School - September 2023

  A huge well done to our Pre-School for being awarded SASP accreditation for the high quality of their physical activity curriculum. They have shown how physical activity is included in all aspects of their curriculum and they have implemented lots of fun activities to help our youngest children to develop. Two of the children's favourites are Dough Disco and Squiggle Me To A Wiggle, both are physical activities designed to help children get ready for writing.

  HARVEST RECIPE COMPETITION
  To celebrate the Harvest Festival this year the House Captains have set you the task of creating
  a recipe at home in theme with the Harvest Festival.
  Things to think about…
  • Food that grows at this time of year
  • Food that you would find in your cupboards at home (budget friendly)
  • Recipe that we are able to cook in school (time and difficulty)
  Each class will vote for their favourite recipe and the four winning recipes will be made in school
  the week commencing 16th October.
  All recipes are to be given to your class teacher by the 13th October.
