Welcome to all visitors who may be browsing the Lympsham Church of England Academy website to find out more about us.

We are "A Christian Community with Children at its heart" and as such aim to provide children with an education of the highest quality, within a happy, safe and healthy environment which embodies Christian belief and practise. We strive for a culture where school and family learn and work together and where each child’s natural curiosity and sense of discovery is nurtured and developed. Our children will enjoy being inspired through a creative curriculum, within a stimulating, interactive, Christian ethos. Building on a firm foundation, we encourage our children to become respectful and confident individuals, achieving their full potential and having the ability to develop positive, trusting relationships within our school and also into the wider community.

On 1st November 2016 we became an academy and are now part of a multi academy trust known as The Wessex Learning Trust which includes 8 schools across the Cheddar Valley location. Through a well-established positive partnership we are now able to offer provision across the multi academy trust from ages 2-19 where we can develop the whole child, celebrate differences and meet individual needs in a safe and secure environment.

We are extremely proud of our children and the provision we offer as a school. This would not be possible without the dedication of our whole school community, staff, parents and governors who work relentlessly to provide the very best for our School.
